Last updated: September 2026. Terms governing the use of WebScrapingHub's managed data extraction services, APIs, and datasets.
By accessing WebScrapingHub ("the Service", "we", "us") or commissioning custom web scraping pipelines, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.
WebScrapingHub delivers managed web scraping, real estate data extraction, property comp pipelines, and custom API feeds. All services are performed pursuant to agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) documents, sample dataset approvals, or recurring delivery subscriptions.
Clients agree to utilize extracted data feeds in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to use our scraping services to engage in unauthorized spam campaigns, abusive surveillance, or activities that disrupt third-party computing systems.
We strive for exceptional data accuracy (up to 99.5% schema fidelity) and automated crawler maintenance. In the event of target portal schema changes or anti-bot updates, our engineering team actively adapts scrapers and restores pipeline feeds within agreed turnaround windows.
Upon receipt of full payment for custom one-time extraction projects, clients receive full commercial rights to use the delivered structured dataset for their internal business analytics, machine learning training, and reporting.
WebScrapingHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party website downtime, target site structure modifications, or business decisions made based on extracted market data.
